Simply browsing this website does not involve the collection of any personal data. The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or tracking tools of its own.

As on any website, the hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type). This data is necessary for the operation and security of the site, is not used to identify visitors and is kept only for a limited period.

Contact form

If you write through the contact form, the following are collected: name, email address, type of enquiry and the content of your message. They are used solely to reply to you.

The legal basis is the performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing this data is optional, but without it the enquiry cannot be answered.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as is needed to handle the enquiry and any teaching relationship that follows, and are then deleted. Technical server logs are kept for a short period, as set by the hosting provider.

Who the data is shared with

Data is never sold or disclosed for commercial purposes. It may be processed by suppliers acting as data processors on the controller’s behalf — the website hosting service and the service that delivers the contact form. Where such a supplier is based outside the European Union, the transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. An up-to-date list is available on request.

YouTube videos

Videos are hosted on YouTube and are not loaded until you click on them: until that moment no YouTube cookie is placed on your device. Once you start a video, Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to info@angelaluglio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.gpdp.it).
